JANES BUSINESS, COPY, CREATIVE & COMPUTER are owned by Montana Brown LLC and are located in Ketchum and Hailey, Idaho. The business has 40 team associates working hard in brick and mortar and online sales of a wide variety of goods and services: office supply, office furniture, office equipment, school supply, art & craft supply, greeting cards, stationery, fine writing instruments, party supplies for all occasions and seasons, gifts at many price points, memory books, frames, wrap & ribbon, full-service copy centers, imprintables, architectural & engineering supply, etc. JANES retail stores are unique and are often characterized as "Ten Stores Under One Roof."

JANES was purchased by Montana Brown the summer of 2004 and the new owners have tried to improve upon a 20 year old business that has served the needs of a Rocky Mountain Ski Resort Community. Opening a large and very contemporary gift store named Upstairs JANES was the first step, and replaced the holiday store. The second step was to open a boutique shop called RSVP that features the finest stationery, wonderful writing instruments, the best leather journals and memory books you can find, as well as very select gifts for the discriminating customer. The third step is upgrading the equipment and services offered by a very progressive, full-service copy center with a FedEx shipping center included.

Montana Brown hopes to craft a prototype store that meets the needs of the new resident baby boomers as well as the locals who work in the resort community. It is quite possible that you will see a JANES BC3 in another Rocky Mountain town soon.
